(not nearly as exciting as any of those other "Confessions..." blogs as I have never been and never will be a prostitute, stripper, or in any way affiliated with the CIA).
Yes, the NHS has it's problems but at least it's there. If you really want to fork out for private healthcare then that's also available, it's not like you have to use the NHS.
